We provide Professional Parent services
Under the Department of Health and Human Services guidelines, Precious Hearts is licensed to provide Professional Parent Services - PPS (mainly those with disabilities who are under the age of 18) with certified homes and families. We pride ourselves in hand selecting families that have been through DHHS background clearance, approved Home Studies, Child Placing Foster requirements and compliant with all DHHS requirements, including in-person staff training. We feel that in-person training allows us, the administrators, to establish a close and professional relationship with our staff. We can find the right family for your client!
Host Home Services
Precious Hearts provides Host Home Services for DHHS clients that are over the age of 18. Again, we have in-person monthly staff training. Our staff are amazing families that engage and care for your loved one, and allow them to feel that they are a part of a caring family. They will feel right at home!
Residential Habilitation Supports (Group Home)
We currently have certified group homes (RHS) in Provo, North Salt Lake and in Bountiful. Our dependable staff will take good care of your loved one, cohesively creating activities, and ensure they are effectively working towards their individualized goals.
Day Supports
Precious Hearts is excited to offer Day Supports to Individuals with disabilities. Arts and Crafts room, M&M (Medication & Mind), Technology room and a reading nook. We have reliable and creative staff determined to make a positive and enjoyable experience each and every day! We offer a Day Program for individuals, both full time and after school. We are out on an outing just about every day! We are equipped with experienced staff, various activities, and reliable transportation. We are in Riverton, come and visit us!

All staff are required to undergo ongoing trainings such as
- CPR/ Frist Aid Certification
- Food Handling Certification
- Safety Care Training
- Policy, Licensing, and Client Rights Training
- Home Community- Based Settings Rules
- Neglect, Abuse, Exploitation Training
- Americans with disabilities Training, etc.
